The anomalous magnetic moments of both fermions are included
in the fully relativistic eight-component bound state equation. When these
moments are of order unity or larger, a discrepancy with the standard
sixteen-component formalism appears in the hyperfine mixing of P and
D states for unequal masses at the leading order Z^4\alpha^4.
