Toponium and open top production are strongly enhanced by the
exchange of a light Higgs boson. This enhancement exhibits a
rapid energy variation. It is shown that the leading
energy dependent term can be
absorbed in an instantaneous Yukawa potential. The remainder
can again be evaluated in the static limit.
